The Ladder-Max® is a universal ladder attachment that weighs just over 7 lbs. The first and only tubular steel stand-off of its kind, Ladder-Max boasts a 19" stand-off from any sidewall or roof, allowing contractors a more natural angle from which to work.
Ladder-Max’s wide base (39") offers workers stability in a lateral range of up to 10', lending itself to a greater sense of security. Two “full steps” bolted onto two arms are curved to a 90o angle to create the form of an arch, which in turn creates a wedge when the ladder is placed into position for use. To minimize both lateral and horizontal slippage, two contact tips, made of soft orange-colored, non-marring plastic, create pressure upon contact with the work surface.
