Roll-Kraft introduces the Ardcor AutoPro 315 Roll Forming Machine, an Automated and Programmable machine that combines advanced electronics and durable construction, custom designed to your specifications. Ideally suited for customers who produce C-channel or U-channel profiles with various gauge, width, height and flange requirements, this machine automatically adjusts to produce your selected part, chosen via a pre-programmed touch-screen control panel.
The machine can produce C and U profiles in the following ranges: thickness from 20 through 12 gauge (0.030"–0.110"); widths from 2.5" through 14" (or as required); flange heights from 0.25" (Us); 1.25" (Cs), up to 3.00" (return lips 0.38"–1.00"); and lengths from 5' to more than 50'.
The AutoPro custom engineered software controls all aspects of the machine’s position.
