The TrimBonder™ Adhesive Kit from Devcon Construction Products contains everything a contractor needs to permanently bond, laminate and fill gaps or nail holes in cellular polyvinyl chloride or natural boards and trim. Formulated for outdoor use, TrimBonder™ adhesive can be used for joining or laminating sections of trim, columns or cornerboards; bonding aluminum cleats to PVC window/door trim moldings; and filling gaps and nail holes for a smooth, color-matched look. Designed for contractors, the kit contains two 200 ml cartridges of TrimBonder™ adhesive, an applicator gun, four static nozzles that mix and dispense the two-part adhesive quickly and easily, and instructions.
In addition to permanently bonding or laminating all major brands of PVC and CPVC board, TrimBonder™ works on wood, fiberglass, vinyl, urethane, rigid plastics, composites, aluminum, stainless steel, masonry and other surfaces. In fact, TrimBonder™ is the only product approved by the manufacturer of AZEK® Trimboards for filling gaps and nail holes in its CPVC boards.
UV-stable and waterproof, it withstands harsh weather without shrinking or discoloring. White in color, it is sandable and accepts latex, acrylic or enamel paint.
TrimBonder™ is also available in 50 ml, 200 ml and 400 ml cartridges as well in bulk pails.
