A newly patented header design is now available to metal framing contractors from Brady Construction Innovations, Inc.
The ProX Header is designed to carry heavier loads with lighter gauge steel and is factory-cut to length, which saves labor, time and money. The new design for window and door headers saves labor and material costs while meeting codes, making the job easier for the trades that follow framing.
Framers can install either a single or double pre-engineered ProX Header, depending on the spanning requirements, with an internal clip that eliminates the need for cutting, fitting and welding.
Metal surfaces are left flush and clean, ready for the drywall and mud phase of the building process.
The ProX Header members are pre-engineered with complete submittal data sheets.
