Acoustical Solutions, Inc. introduces the Sustainable Series line of acoustical products, which includes wall panels, ceiling tiles, cloud mount panels and baffles. The cohesive line can help businesses attain Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design certification because it takes advantage of all recyclable and sustainable materials available, earning more credits and easing the decision of builders to choose green products.
All of the products use Ecose Fiberglass inserts, which are made with post-consumer bottle glass and are 100% recyclable. They are covered in a Sustainable Eco-Fabric, the industry’s first “no-compromise” eco-friendly wallcovering platform.
The Ecose fiberglass has several benefits: It is formaldehyde-free and contains a minimum of 30% post-consumer recycled bottle glass. Ecose uses an organic based bonding agent, which is 70% less energy intensive than traditional petroleum-based bonding agents. Ecose is also 100% recyclable.
The fabric is available in a true, clean white, as well as many other patterns.
