Before carefully completing the application form or online application form for EIFS—Doing It Right^®, read the three category descriptions in the program brochure thoroughly and select the category that matches your qualifications and needs. After completing the relevant sections of the application form, fax or mail it to AWCI to arrive before the deadline. Notice of acceptance or regret will be faxed or emailed to the designated contact person. Acceptance notices will include the course schedule, hotel address, reservation details and other relevant information. Special rates have been negotiated at hotels where programs are held.

Space is limited. Attendance is restricted to the first 50 applicants. The application deadline is 21 days prior to the program start date.

AWCI reserves the right to deny applications for and participation in the program. Discovery of false information may cause disqualification or later revocation of certificate.

Locations

The courses are held at full-service hotels with conference facilities. A block of discounted guest rooms is available for program participants. Guest rooms are limited and may sell out. Hotel reservation procedures will be sent with your program confirmation notice. Participants are responsible for making reservations and paying for their own hotel rooms.

Las Vegas — Bally's Las Vegas, 3645 Las Vegas Blvd. South, Las Vegas, NV 89109; (877) 603-4390

Bally's is located in the heart of the Las Vegas entertainment district within easy walking distance of many popular casinos and attractions. Guest room rates are $85 per night for a single, with a $30 charge per night for each additional person.

Dallas — Embassy Suites Dallas-DFW Airport North Outdoor World, 2401 Bass Pro Drive, Grapevine, TX 76051; (972) 724-2600

The Embassy Suites is an all-suite hotel located two miles from the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport and close to Highways 635, 114 and 121 for easy access to Grapevine, Dallas and Fort Worth attractions and entertainment. Guests enjoy a free, cooked-to-order breakfast each morning and a Manager's Reception in the open-air atrium each evening. The guest room rate is $169 per night.

Baltimore — Holiday Inn-Inner Harbor, 301 W. Lombard Street, Baltimore, MD 21201; (410) 685-3500

The Holiday Inn-Inner Harbor is conveniently located three blocks from Baltimore's Inner Harbor attractions and across from the Baltimore Convention Center and Camden Yards, home of the Baltimore Orioles. The Inner Harbor provides visitors with a variety of entertainment venues. Within one mile are the Maryland Science Center, National Aquarium, Hard Rock Cafe, Hippodrome Theatre and B&O Railroad Museum. Guest rooms are $139 for a single or double.
