• Forty percent of the company's EIFS installers, plus at least one employee at the management level with decision making authority, must have one of these AWCI certificates (EIFS Mechanic or EIFS Industry Professional) and


• This percentage must be maintained on all EIFS projects; and


• There must be an AWCI certified foreman on each project.

The minimum requirement for any company is that two individuals be AWCI certified.
