The Ritz-Carlton, San Juan Hotel, Spa & Casino, 6961 Avenue of the Governors, Carolina, Puerto Rico is the host hotel for AWCI's Industry Executives' Conference & Committee Week. To guarantee the special group rate, reservations must be made by August 21, 2009, or until rooms are sold out. Call the Ritz-Carlton, San Juan reservations department at (800) 241-3333 or (787) 253-8057. AWCI attendees are extended a special group rate of $169 per night single or double plus a 10% resort fee. The resort fee provides:

• Complimentary use of the Spa Fitness Center
• Complimentary access to 800# calls
• Complimentary local phone calls in the San Juan Metropolitan Area o Complimentary high-speed and wireless Internet access in all guest rooms
• Complimentary wireless connections in public areas, at the pool and on the beach
• Complimentary beach chairs, towels and umbrellas
• Complimentary use of the tennis courts

Most rooms have city views, but there are a few with pool views and ocean views. Views are provided on a first come, first served basis as reservations are confirmed. If you try to make your reservation online or by phone in one view category and there is no availability, try a different view category.

The hotel requires a one night prepayment by credit card when the room reservation is made. This prepayment will be refunded in full if changes or cancellations are made no later than 2 days (48 hours) before arrival. The hotel will keep one night's room and tax if cancellations are made less than 48 hours prior to arrival.

Gratuities for bellmen and housekeeping staff are at your discretion. No automatic charges will be made to your room.
