Next Golf Outing Is Out West
The next round of golf hosted by the Foundation of the Wall and Ceiling Industry will take place on the West Golf Course of The Broadmoor, home to AWCI’s Industry Executives’ Conference & Committee Week this October in Colorado Springs, Colo. The Foundation Golf Tournament is on Oct. 26, 2006.
A combination of the original 1918 Donald Ross design and the Robert Trent Jones Sr. 1955 design, the West Course offers a challenging course with spectacular views. The rolling fairways and multilevel greens overlook both the city and the mountains. Huge, formidable sand bunkers seem to be everywhere, and water hazards enhance three of the par threes. The West Course was the host site of the 1998 PGA Cup Matches. The cost is $275 per player.
The tournament is sponsored by National Gypsum Company, but others who are looking for some exposure have the opportunity to sponsor various elements of the tournament. The box lunch or beverage cart, cigars, tournament prizes and a hole on the course are all up for grabs. Depending on the level your sponsorship, you might be entitled to complimentary rounds of golf, signage and recognition in the program guide.
A signup form was included with the hardcopy version of your newsletter. Space is limited, so register today! Contact Jane Northern at (703) 538.1615 or firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
