Welcome to AWCI-SFA Steel Framing Education.
The Steel—Doing It Right® course (instructor led or self-study format) is organized by the Association of the Wall and Ceiling Industry and the Steel Framing Alliance. The course brings comprehensive education and training to those currently working in the steel framing industry and to those looking to expand their business. The content is based on industry accepted standards and best practices. The course covers the essential knowledge and techniques for the correct installation of cold-formed steel (CFS).

Each course participant will receive a certificate of attendance; engineers are eligible for 12 Professional Development hours and 12 LU hours are available for AIA credit via the "Self-Report" option.
The seminar is aimed at owners, project managers, estimators, superintendents and foreman as well as architects, and code officials.
Cost to attend: $450 for AWCI/SFA member/Architects/Inspector/Code Official; $525 for nonmembers.
The Steel—Doing It Right® course instructors are industry experts with backgrounds in steel and engineering. The seminar is well-structured and honed to two days of class time (8 a.m.-5 p.m.). Instructors interact with attendees by using real-life scenarios slides, video clips, and graphic animation to portray the range of material.
