Dryvit Announces 30-Year Warranty

Dryvit Systems, Inc., West Warwick, R.I., announces its new 30-Year Warranty Program for the company’s two residential exterior insulation and finish systems—Residential MD® or Sprint MD®.

The 30-Year Warranty applies to the construction of one- and two-family homes. To be eligible for the warranty, builders and EIFS installers must meet specific quality-related criteria.

The builder must

  • Be a member of the National Association of Home Builders.
  • Possess applicable state/local licenses.
  • Conform to all applicable state general liability coverage requirements.
  • Attend a Dryvit EIFS program for homebuilders.
  • Possess a current Dryvit Residential MD/Sprint MD builder listing.


The EIFS installer must:

  • Possess a current Dryvit Residential MD/Sprint MD listing.
  • Possess a current EIFSmart certificate from the Association of the Wall and Ceiling Industry.
