L&W Supply Corporation announced March 11, 2019, the acquisition of Delta Gypsum based out of Raleigh, N.C.
Since 1989, the family-owned business has been focused on building customer relationships. Delta Gypsum specializes in drywall products, metal studs, ceiling products and insulation. They have six locations in North Carolina and one branch in eastern Tennessee under the name Appalachian Gypsum.
The acquisition expands L&W Supply’s footprint n North Carolina and eastern Tennessee.
The transaction was expected to close on March 31, 2019. With this acquisition, L&W Supply will operate 171 locations in 35 states.
