L&W Supply Corporation, one of the nation’s largest distributors of wallboard and related building products, was named a 2015 “Partners of Choice” by David Weekley Homes, the nation’s largest privately held residential home builder. The award marks the ninth consecutive year that L&W Supply has been recognized as a top supplier.
David Weekley Homes implemented a rigorous supplier evaluation platform and rating system 12 years ago. The “Partners of Choice Awards” are given only to those companies that are determined to be best in class as determined by approximately 800 of the premier builder’s team members. The evaluations include one-on-one discussions, formalized feedback instruments, coaching sessions and action plans geared at creating a true partnership between David Weekley Homes and their national partners.
L&W Supply received an A rating for quality, one of the highest ratings a supplier can receive.
