Implementing morning warm-ups and stretches before the start of the job has benefited our employees. In fact, it has reduced the risk of possible injury on the job and promotes a healthy and safe environment for our employees and others on the job site. During our morning huddle meetings, our team members are encouraged to prepare their mind and body for the workday ahead by spending a few minutes performing a sequence of full body movement stretches.
