Festool introduces the Planex LHS-E 225 EQ, or Planex Easy, a light, long-reach direct drive, drywall sander with a plug-in-and-go design. Planex Easy is a single-piece machine that makes setup fast and simple as well as easy to use. It has integrated dust extraction, intuitive controls, weighs in at only 8.8 lbs and was engineered for exceptional balance. Planex Easy’s EC TEC brushless motor has a motor-over-pad design and flexible head joint. Because there are no flexible drive cables or carbon brushes on the motor, Planex Easy requires little to no maintenance.
Other features of the Festool Planex Easy include a flexible head design that allows greater freedom of movement for easier sanding. A removable top section allows for up-close sanding to abutting surfaces such as inside edges. The integrated dust extraction design that captures dust at the surface helps you reduce jobsite cleanup while working in a cleaner environment.
