Putzmeister America, Inc. has released a new app to make every customer an expert. The “Putzmeister Experts” App will provide customers with helpful videos and instructions for the company’s products.
In-depth knowledge on the functions of machines, guides for proper setup and operation, tips for maintenance and troubleshooting, and information about accessories are all topics covered by the app.
Well-known service school and field service manager, Alan Woods, leads all of the American instruction videos and customers familiar with the Boom Pump QuickStart videos will find the app breaks out that information in easy-to-access topics. International instruction is led by the respective service school managers.
Putzmeister strives to provide customers with resources to teach them the best practices and quick tips for the maintenance and operation of their boom pumps and Telebelts. Initially, the app will feature all generations of Putzmeister boom pumps, both domestically and internationally, additionally, the company is currently working to add the Telebelt QuickStart video to the app’s content for users.
The Putzmeister Experts App is free and available on the Apple App Store and Google Play.
