Once again the Foundation of the Wall and Ceiling Industry is asking members to consider making a donation for the 2018 Celebration Night auction on March 27 during AWCI’s convention. This event is not only fun, it’s the biggest annual fund raiser for the Foundation. But this year it is extra special as AWCI celebrates 100 years of success.
Now is the time to make your tax-deductible donation that will help raise funds to continue the Foundation’s research, education and AWCI CARES programs.
Past donations have included electronics, vacation packages, experiences, jewelry, sporting goods, tools and equipment. Monetary donations will be used to purchase additional auction items.
Contributors who donate items to the auction will be recognized in the auction catalog, on site at Celebration Night and in AWCI’s Construction Dimensions.
The deadline to let the Foundation know of your plans to donate is Feb. 26. A donation form in included as an insert of this issue. If you are shipping your gift to Foundation headquarters, it must arrive prior to March 2. You also may bring your gift in person to the convention’s headquarters hotel, the Walt Disney World Swan & Dolphin, by March 26.
