Stanley Black & Decker, New Britain, Conn., announced March 9 that it successfully completed its purchase of the Craftsman Brand from Sears Holdings Corporation.
Craftsman is an iconic brand within United States in power and hand tools and storage products as well as a strong presence in lawn and garden products. The brands under the Stanley Black & Decker umbrella will provide even more solutions to the end-user.
