Sto Americas Announces Randall Steven Johnson as CFO; Torben Wetche Retires

Sto Corp. announces that Randall Steven Johnson joined Sto Americas in the role of CFO effective Aug. 5, replacing Torben Wetche, who announced his planned retirement earlier this year. Johnson will oversee all the company’s financial functions, including accounting, audit, treasury, as well as information technology.

Johnson earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago, and a Master of Science in Economics from the London School of Economics. He is a Certified Public Accountant and has completed level II of the Certified Financial Analyst program.

Torben Wetche, who has been CFO since 2014, will continue to have a role with Sto as a member of the board of directors for SkyRise Prefab, a Sto Panel Technology Affiliate that is partially owned by Sto.
