Raymond – San Diego, Inc.

San Diego, CA

How does Raymond – San Diego encourage workers to actively participate in the company’s safety and health program? They created a Job Site Safety Incentive Program to recognize and commend jobsite employees for their noteworthy achievements. This proactive approach will preserve the life of the employees as well as their quality of life, protect against equipment losses, preserve capital and build and maintain a good reputation for all involved. Additionally, all employees must assume individual responsibility for performing work safely and maintaining safety awareness.
