Laser Range Meter

Messy paper trails can really slow you down, especially when you have a lot of jobsite areas to visit. The new Hilti Laser range meter PD-C is here to help. The PD-C captures and saves measurement data directly onto digital photographs taken by an integrated camera and laser module. Users can document jobsites, add comments and export data into a single report. Digitize the entire measurement process from capturing measurements, to adding context to these measurements, and finally connecting your device and sharing this valuable data—all with one easy-to-use tool.

Thanks to the PD-C’s camera targeting function, contractors can spot the laser target easily whether indoors or outdoors, under any light condition. Leave guess-work behind with the PD-C’s time-saving intuitive guides and geometric calculations built into the software and easily visible on the large smartphone-like screen. Smooth navigation and a strong Gorilla® Glass display ensures the PD-C is ready for use on any job site.

The PD-C features 4GB of memory and can store over 3,000 measurements with pictures. Simply point, shoot and mark dimensions directly onto the photo. One person is able to accurately measure heights to ceiling and long distances up to 656'. The PD-C makes it easy to document where and what you measured so you can report issues, plan material orders, or collaborate more effectively.

Share project data in a single PDF or CVS report and transfer it via USB to any computer, or Bluetooth to Android devices. Photos with measurements can be exported as a JPG file. A clear digital document trail makes it easy to generate accurate estimates to help ensure that the right amount of materials are purchased, or verify that work is completed to specification.
