The SoundBook contains 165 sound-rated assemblies for steel and wood stud construction, as well as floor and ceiling applications, and includes acoustical terms, concepts and proper installation methods for optimal sound control.

    

The SoundBook is a companion to The Purple BookTM, which consists of nearly 100 pages of technical details, including fire-rated partitions, shaftwall assemblies, penetration details, head-of-wall details, fire stopping options and more.
