L&W Supply Corporation has acquired the assets of American Building Materials with locations in Wadsworth, Ohio, and Hebron, Ohio.
By acquiring American Building Materials, L&W Supply will increase its team of experienced associates and strengthen its presence in Ohio. With the acquisition, L&W Supply now has eight locations in Ohio.
Founded as a family business in 1974, American Building Materials is a distributor of drywall, related accessories and tools, servicing commercial and residential contractors. The American Building Materials associates will continue to work at the locations.
