How: Renew Your Membership

Follow the directions below to renew your AWCI membership.

You must be the primary contact on the account to be able to access the renewal online or have been provided with online administrative rights.

Renew Online

  1. Download a print-friendly PDF of the renewal instructions.
  2. Click the Renew Now button below to be redirected to the member portal to pay online.
  3. Log in to continue.
      • Username is your email address on file.
      • If unsure of your password, click Reset Password on the login page.
  1. Click the profile link under the “user” symbol on the upper right side.
  2. Click on the Company Memberships link in the left-side profile menu.
  3. Review your company information and add selected to cart. (See more detail on printable renewal instructions on how to pay with a check).
  4. Click Make Payment button to proceed.
  5. Proceed through checkout and click process payment button once.

Renew by Mail

If paying with a check, in the payment section, select “Invoice Me” and enter “2025-26” for Customer Reference Number, then click “Complete Transaction” to generate invoice.

Keep Your Info Current: Review Your
Company Roster

AWCI membership is managed by location. Although you received the renewal email as your company’s primary contact, employees located at member locations are eligible for membership benefits. They must be listed in AWCI’s system for us to know they are eligible.

As the primary contact, you have online administrative rights to ensure that your location’s eligible employees are included on your AWCI membership roster. Please follow these steps to review your roster and make any necessary changes:

  1. Follow steps 1-3 under the Review Online section.
  2. Click the profile button on the upper right side.
  3. Click on the Company Roster link in the left-side profile menu.
  4. Review the list before making any changes to avoid adding duplicate data.
  5. Click the New Entry button in top right to add employees.
  6. To edit existing employee profiles, click the pencil to the right of the person’s name. If they are no longer employed with your company, select Inactive and Save Entry.

How do I print an invoice from my account?

In the payment section of the renewal process select “Invoice Me” and enter “2025-26” for Customer Reference Number, then click “Complete Transaction” to generate invoice. See How to Renew Your Membership above for more information.

How do I print a receipt from my account?

Once logged in, select “Profile.” Then choose “Orders” on the left navigation. Then select “All Orders” below the green boxes. Adjust the Date Range (if needed). Apply and then click on the order/invoice that populates.

Why don’t I see the membership renewal in my account?

Only the primary contact and others provided with administrative rights will be able to renew membership for their location online. If you do not have access, please reach out to Janie Hakim, member relations manager, for assistance.

How can I reset my login credentials?

Your Username is your email address on file. If unsure of your password, click “Reset Password” on the login page to reset it. If your email has changed, you will need to reach out to Janie Hakim, member relations manager, for assistance.

I signed up for automatic membership renewal, why do I keep receiving reminder notices?

Dues will be charged on June 16 for those who signed up for automatic membership renewal. You can disregard the notices received. Once the payment is charged, a receipt will be sent out.
