Armstrong World Industries, Inc. has acquired GC Products, a manufacturer of durable, custom architectural interior products made of glass fiber reinforced gypsum and cement (GFRG/GRG and GFRC). Based in Lincoln, Calif., GC Products increases AWI’s ability to serve customers in the Western U.S. with molded ceiling, specialty wall and other interior and exterior products.
GC Products was founded in 2003. AWI funded the acquisition with available cash.
