The Right Level of Support at Every Stage
From simple to complex, USG is equipped to meet your needs and your schedule. This level of support will ensure that the right products are ordered and delivered to the jobsite at the right time, saving you time and money in the process.
Available for both new builds and renovations, USG Engineered Grid organizes deliverables into four distinct packages based on your specific needs.
Level 1 – Sketch
Simple sketches, layouts or component drawings or details as needed to support specific project needs; 1–2-day lead time* with limited scope for any project size or type.
Level 2 – Takeoff
General area takeoffs (SF) for specified tile and grid products, with typical details; ½ week lead time* for any type of small or mid-sized project.
Level 3 – Layout
Tile and grid layouts for standard products, including BOMs, piece counts and typical details; 2–4-week lead time* for any type of project, from small to large-scale.
Level 4 – Full Service
Comprehensive tile and grid layouts for standard and non-standard systems, with BOMs, piece counts, MEP coordination and all required accessories and details; 4-8-week lead time* for complex ceiling layouts with MEP integration and details in any type of project, no matter the size.
*Lead times begin upon project acceptance and may be subject to change
The USG Solution
USG Engineered Grid will be available for all commercial or residential projects specified with USG ceiling products for standard or custom ceiling systems in any size or complexity, covering USG Acoustical Ceiling Panels, USG Donn® Brand Suspension Systems and USG Logix™ Integrated Ceiling System.
