The updated platform now supports flooring, drywall, painting, insulation and doors/windows contractors, automating measurement-intensive preconstruction workflows that traditionally took days down to minutes.
Bobyard’s AI directly analyzes architectural drawings to extract spatial data automatically. Key features of the new release include auto-detecting room areas and names, calculating wall surface areas, measuring perimeters and door openings, auto-counting doors and windows, converting reflected ceiling plans into tile counts, and auto-extracting room finish schedules.
