Fluid Applied Vapor Permeable Air Barrier

Henry® Company introduces Henry® Air-Bloc® All Weather STPE™ Fluid Applied Vapor Permeable Air Barrier, a UV- and fire-resistant, fluid applied, elastomeric membrane designed to provide a vapor permeable, water resistive air barrier when applied to high-performance above-grade wall assemblies. It can be applied at temperatures as low as 10 ºF and has the ability to withstand rain within 30 minutes of being applied, helping to keep projects on schedule.

This single-component, moisture cure Silyl Terminated Polyether (STPE) forms a durable monolithic rubber-like membrane that resists air leakage, water penetration and long-term weathering. It can be spray-, roll- or brush-applied in a fast, easy one-coat application, and the vapor permeable membrane allows walls to breathe and dry.

In addition to its UV-resistant, rain-ready and adhesive properties, Henry® Air-Bloc® All Weather STPE™ integrates with Henry® flashing and accessories to form a complete wall system meeting the highest industry performance standards.

Henry® Air-Bloc® All Weather STPE™ is part of the Henry® Air-Bloc® portfolio of fluid applied air barriers.
