SimpleSoffit is a drywall grid system suspended with standard hanger wire and installed 4 feet on center with a cross tee in between. It eliminates the need for a jig table and the pre-production time to create the framing angles for a soffit. Time trials and project success stories show productivity increases of a minimum of 25% and up to two times faster than traditional installation. SimpleSoffit eliminates man-hours for onsite prefabrication of metal stud framing, and it increases linear foot productivity with bend-and-click innovation. It also compresses the soffit installation time (schedule) by up to 50%.
