The AWCI Safety Peer Review is designed as a deep-dive, non-audit assessment focused on best-practice benchmarking and continuous improvement. The review process encompassed several critical areas:
- Operational Review: Detailed analysis of existing safety procedures and administrative controls.
- Jobsite Observation: On-site evaluations to assess risk mitigation strategies and implementation in the field.
- Candid Dialogue: Comprehensive discussions with leadership and field personnel regarding accountability, organizational culture and hazard recognition.
