AWCI Fall Peer Safety Review: Valley Interior Systems

We are pleased to announce the successful completion of the three-day AWCI Safety Peer Review conducted with Valley Interior Systems in Nashville, Tennessee, November 18–20, 2025.

This engagement involved a rigorous and collaborative examination of Valley Interior Systems’ safety performance, culture and operational protocols.

Review Scope and Methodology

The AWCI Safety Peer Review is designed as a deep-dive, non-audit assessment focused on best-practice benchmarking and continuous improvement. The review process encompassed several critical areas:

  • Operational Review: Detailed analysis of existing safety procedures and administrative controls.
  • Jobsite Observation: On-site evaluations to assess risk mitigation strategies and implementation in the field.
  • Candid Dialogue: Comprehensive discussions with leadership and field personnel regarding accountability, organizational culture and hazard recognition.

The goal of this collaborative process is to identify areas of strength and opportunities for enhancement, aligning the company’s approach with the highest standards in the wall and ceiling industry.
