The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) will hold a virtual public hearing on June 16, 2025, to discuss its proposed rule aimed at protecting workers from heat-related injuries and illnesses in both indoor and outdoor work environments.
The hearing starts at 9:30 am ET and may continue on additional weekdays if needed.
Anyone interested in speaking must register by submitting a Notice of Intention to Appear by May 2, 2025.
The hearing will be streamed online and open for public viewing—no registration required. Viewing details will be available on OSHA’s rulemaking webpage.
