Overview

AWCI’s Emerging Leaders Program seeks to actively engage contractors, suppliers and manufacturers in the wall and ceiling industry. The program actively seeks out those individuals who desire to grow as leaders in the industry. The foundation of this program is education that focuses on the “three pillars” of the wall and ceiling industry: contractors, manufacturers and suppliers. This program is available only to members of AWCI.

Application Process

All completed applications will be reviewed by a task force comprised of program co-chairs and members of prior Emerging Leaders’ classes.

Employee eligibility must be certified by the employing company.

The number of participant spots awarded each class may vary depending on the number of qualified applicants. The class will not exceed 22 participants.

Application Due Date: May 22, 2026, 12:00 pm ET

Application Fee: $195 (non-refundable and collected upon acceptance)

Duration of Program: January 1, 2027–April 18, 2028
