Make Your End-of-Year Gift Today to the Foundation’s Annual Fund

2012 is coming to a close, and there is still one important thing to do before Dec. 31: Make your tax deductible annual fund donation to the Foundation of the Wall and Ceiling Industry!

Your donations throughout the year have enabled the Foundation to continue to build a solid reputation for providing high-quality education, unbiased information and critical financial support to members of our community. There are countless opportunities for the Foundation to positively impact the industry in the future. With your tax-deductible donation to the Foundation’s Annual fund, these opportunities will continue to become realities.

Foundation Programs. Your contribution to the annual fund will be used to enhance the John H. Hampshire Memorial Library, the largest independent library in the industry with more than 10,000 volumes.

Your contribution also will enable the Foundation Research Series to continue to provide quality research based on the current business climate and AWCI-member interests. The most recent publication, “Navigating Uncharted Waters: Understanding the Energy Codes and How They Impact the Role of the Contractor,” was distributed to AWCI members in August. Next year’s publication will focus on how to attract young people to the industry.

You can also make a difference through AWCI Cares, which was created to provide financial assistance to member employees and their families in times of crisis. Supporters of the Foundation’s Annual Fund can designate all or a portion of their donation to go directly to AWCI Cares.

Leadership Council. With your donation you also have the opportunity to become part of the 2013 Foundation Leadership Council. This designation is reserved for donors who match their 2011 gift, give at least $2,500, or make a first-time gift of $250 or more. Members of the Leadership Council receive print and online recognition through the year from AWCI and the Foundation.
