Kahua Acquires Project DocControl

Kahua, the provider of the collaborative network for real estate and construction project management, announced Aug. 30 that it has acquired Project DocControl, a provider of project management solutions specifically designed for subcontractors. The acquisition of Project DocControl further enhances Kahua’s offerings for subcontractors and will enable them to streamline internal processes, better collaborate and operate more efficiently.
