WernerCo North America Announces Executive Promotions


WernerCo has announced new leadership changes for the North America Sales and Channel Marketing divisions. To better serve customers and support the company’s global strategic pillars, the North America Sales and Channel Marketing functions will evolve to provide the best operational efficiencies. Two important leadership appointments have been announced as a result.

    

Don Freeman has been promoted to president of the North America Professional Business Unit, reporting to the Global CEO of WernerCo. In this role, Freeman will continue to lead the professional sales team and expand his new role to now include channel marketing. He has more than 20 years of experience, including leadership roles in sales, marketing, channel management and product development. He has spent the last four years at Werner as a senior vice president of sales, focused on delivering innovative thinking and high-impact solutions for our professional customers.

    

Kevin Blossom, formerly senior vice president of sales, has been promoted to president of the North America Retail Business Unit, also reporting to the Global CEO of WernerCo. Under his leadership, he will continue to lead the retail sales team and expand his role to now include channel marketing. Blossom has spent the past 25 years in senior roles, including leading sales, marketing and product development. His strategic planning skills and proven track record will continue to positively impact his team, customers and partners.
