The New Fastener Solutions Catalog Is Here

Since 1967, Grabber Construction Products has been guided by one principle: deliver professional-grade solutions that serve contractors and make their lives easier. In 2025, Grabber proudly continues that tradition with the release of the Fastener Solutions catalog—a tool contractors have long asked for.

For nearly six decades, Grabber has grown from a single screw into a global brand offering over 16,000 products, including premium-quality fasteners, drywall fabrication materials, decking and finishing products, tools, adhesives, paint, caulk, scaffolding and more. Across our history of innovation, this catalog stands as the definitive guide to fasteners—by contractors, for contractors.

At Grabber, we’ve always known that jobsite productivity hinges on more than speed—it requires smart, accessible solutions. Contractors told us they needed a comprehensive printed catalog with the information they need to keep the jobsite stocked efficiently and ensure easy submittals. So, we got to work.

“Once we started hearing from contractors about how a physical catalog in their toolbox would help streamline jobsite prep, it was clear this was the direction to go,” says Lee Tedesco, Grabber’s director of marketing.

From day one, contractor feedback shaped our design. Readability, functionality, and attention to detail were critical. Spanning over 275 pages, printed on high-quality stock and representing a full year of writing, design, and editing—and 58 years of experience—the Fastener Solutions catalog is everything contractors asked for, and more.

Usability was always the top priority. We needed a format that could handle dense reference data efficiently. We began with four wireframe concepts, stress-tested them against complex information sets, then refined for clarity. That meant clear, accessible language, smart table design, and thoughtfully crafted diagrams—all reviewed and revised for maximum function.

One standout design choice: color-coded fastener sections by application. Muted colors enhance readability, and a continuous stripe along the fore-edge of each page allows for instant section recognition. Full-page product photography in each section’s table of contents not only aids navigation but showcases the design and performance of each fastener. These same design principles extend to supplemental catalogs, including those for pneumatic nails and steel framing, making them ideal for more focused use.

Inside the front cover, readers are welcomed by our brand anthem: a commitment to supporting contractor productivity. The catalog opens with an overview of applications, screw and nail functions, and key definitions to help users maximize its value. Fasteners are then organized by application, each with its own sub-table of contents. For example, in the “Light-Gauge Steel Screws” section, users can jump directly to “light gauge steel framing” or “light gauge steel-to-steel framing,” making navigation seamless.

Each fastener listing is both extensive and precise, with specifications ranging from basic descriptions to technical data such as pull-out test results and corrosion resistance. Whether selecting products or preparing submittals, contractors will find everything they need in one place.

Our catalog release video captures just how proud we are—not only of the product itself, but of the overwhelmingly positive response we’ve received from professionals across the construction industry.

“It’s hard to overstate how much pride we take in this catalog,” says Lee Tedesco. “It’s about getting contractors exactly what they’ve asked for, but also recognizing how far we’ve come in being able to meet those demands with quality, performance, and service.”

And while creating a durable, physical reference that could be bookmarked, highlighted, and jobsite-tested was a key priority, we knew digital accessibility was equally important. Some contractors prefer the tactile experience, but others need modern digital tools—and we made sure both experiences deliver.

“When we were talking about all the benefits of print, it pushed us to make the digital version far more than a static PDF,” says Lee. “We wanted it to feel just as real and usable.”

The digital catalog goes beyond expectations. Users can bookmark and annotate pages, search by keyword or item number, jump between sections via a hyperlinked table of contents, download individual pages, and even build their own custom catalogs to save, share and use for submittals.

Grabber’s decision to offer a full-featured printed catalog—at a time when many companies default to digital-only—underscores our commitment to being a true partner in productivity. Whether through fasteners, tools, or this catalog itself, Grabber remains focused on listening to contractors and delivering the solutions that move jobs forward.
