For this new 101,000 square foot casino, Raymond solved continuous design issues, notably on the interior walls and ceilings. Raymond prefabricated more than 2,095 individual wall and ceiling panels offsite under controlled conditions to be delivered to the job site for installation. Panels varied from 6” 16-guage structural walls in the back of house areas to 3 5/8” 20-guage soffits and ceiling framing in the casino area.
