L&W Supply Corporation, Chicago, has acquired the assets of Wright Brothers Supply and Ace Supply Inc. in Montgomery, Ala.
Wright Bros. operates three branches in Northern California in the cities of Benicia, Chico and Santa Rosa. Started in 1980, Wright Bros. serves markets north of the San Francisco Bay area. The company provides drywall and related products, as well as exterior products such as EIFS and stucco. “We’re excited to grow our footprint and we look forward to expanding our service to many new professional interior contractors in Northern California,” said Dan Piche, president of L&W Supply.
Founded in 1967, Ace Supply is a single-branch, family owned and operated business that serves Montgomery and the surrounding market. The company is focused on residential and commercial markets, providing drywall, ceilings, steel stud, insulation and related products. “With the acquisition of Ace Supply, we can continue to grow our footprint and expand our service to contractors in Alabama,” said Dan Piche, president of L&W Supply.
